Bush Walks are held on the 2nd and 4th Sat of each Month. Check the calendar in the left panel or "Upcoming Events" in the Bushwalkers drop-down menu above for upcoming bushwalks and other activities. Contact us using the Bushwalker contact form in this website for more information or ring the designated leader of any walk.
Enclosed footwear must be worn on all walks. All bushwalkers are advised to carry water, snacks etc so as to make your walk comfortable whatever the circumstances. Here is a list of the requirements to be carried by all walkers on our bushwalks. Please endeavour to have these items in your daypack. The list is also available at the Visitor Information Centre.
Bushwalkers Meetings are normally held every third Tuesday of the month at the Heritage Centre in Eagle Heights at 7.30pm. However, venues can be fluid so please check the calendar for specifics. All ideas and suggestions are welcome, so come along to one of our meetings or walks and provide your input.
New Walkers are welcome, but after your first walk if you wish to do future walks with the club you must become a financial member. Visitors are accepted as guests of financial members and are accepted at any time and for any number of our walks. Membership forms are carried by the designated leader in the Red Book. Membership forms can also be downloaded from here. The form contains all information about various payment methods.
